Living in the countryside in a peaceful village setting greatly influenced the name of Zen Flow Reiki, as many clients reported feeling relaxed and tranquil after a session. I believe that having ample green space is essential for breathing and well-being, and I feel blessed to share my gift with both people and animals through animal Reiki.
I have possessed this ability for many years and discovered that Reiki was the perfect modality for me to connect with. After training in London, I obtained my Reiki Master qualification and sought to expand my knowledge by venturing into the world of Animals and Equine, where I also achieved my Reiki Master status.
To enhance my skills and practice, I continue to attend various training sessions. I am a proud member of the UK Reiki Federation and am currently training for the CNHC (Complementary Natural Health Council) accreditation, which is recognized by the Professional Standards Authority and the NHS.
Additionally, I have volunteered with Folly's Farm Home of Rest for Donkeys and Ponies, where I have witnessed some truly amazing responses to holistic treatment.

Our beloved dog of 13 years, Bertie, was reaching the end of his life and had been deteriorating for a couple of weeks, refusing his food. You could see he was frightened and in pain. After receiving animal Reiki from me, a holistic treatment I practice as a Reiki Master, his appetite picked up, allowing us to say goodbye to a happy, smiling, relaxed dog rather than the scared boy he had become.

Our cat Chewie struggled with the loss of his friend Bertie, so we began to work with him using animal Reiki as a holistic treatment. Regular sessions helped him relax and feel secure again, guided by a skilled Reiki Master.

I then helped my Mother-in-law after her knee replacement by incorporating holistic treatment techniques, including my skills as a Reiki Master. I assisted her recovery and managed pain relief so she could rest and sleep through the night. After each session, she reported sleeping so much better, and I even introduced her to the calming effects of animal Reiki to further enhance her relaxation.
