Living in the countryside in a peaceful village setting helped with the name of Zen Flow Reiki, as many reported feeling relaxed and tranquil after a session .
I feel I need green space to be able to breath, & feel blessed to be able to share my gift with people & animals.
I have had an ability for many years & found Reiki was what I needed to identify with. Training in London I obtained my "Reiki Master" qualification, I wanted to further my knowledge & decided to branch out into the Animals & Equine world, where I also obtained "Reiki Master" status.
I continue to attend training to help guide me & my practice.
I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation, & I am currently training for CNHC (Complimentary Natural Health Council) which is recognised by Professional Standards Authority & the NHS.
I have been a volunteer with Folly's Farm Home of Rest for Donkeys and Ponies. Having some amazing responses with them.

Our beloved dog of 13 years, Bertie was reaching the end of his life & had been deteriorating for a couple of weeks, & off his food. you could see he was frightened & in pain. Our beloved dog of 13 years, Bertie was reaching the end of his life & had been deteriorating for a couple of weeks, & off his food. you could see he was frightened & in pain. A few days before this photo was taken, we were having to take him daily to the vets to be put on a drip. After receiving Reiki from me, his appetite picked up, & we could say goodbye to a happy smiling relaxed dog, rather then a scared boy he had become.

Our cat Chewie struggled with the loss of his friend Bertie, & so work with him commenced. Giving him regular Reiki to relax him & make him feel secure again.

I then helped my Mother-in-law after her knee replacement, assisting her recovery & help managing pain releif so she could rest & sleep through. After each session, she reported sleeping so much better.

I regularly perform self-healing Reiki & have seen amazing difference in my energy levels - even while at the gym. Having a lymphatic drainage issue, since being regular with my Reiki I have found I do not need to see my physio for lymphatic drainage currently.
I truly have seen the benefits Reiki can offer, & feel blessed to offer this wonderful holistic treatment to others.

I also offer distant Reiki too, which I used to great effect on our cat Chewie. having received a message from the Cattery owner whilst on an extended holidayi in Thailand, to say Chewie was struggling with aches & pains & became so stiff he couldn't jump down from his heated bed in the cattery to ceach his food.I sent him Reiki energy,
